USER’S MANUAL FOR HOTEL SAFE 2043

1)      Master code: 3 digits (factory setting: 159). Personal code (factory setting:1234) You can use the master code to open the safe under any situation. The master code can be changed upon your requirement.

2)      Personal code: 1-10 digits. The guest can set the personal code within 10 digits.

3)      Operation (The safe can not be locked before input the personal code under opening situation) Install 4 AA batteries into the external battery case, plug in the outlet on the faceplate, input factory setting personal code or master code, when press the button there will be a beep.

4) Lock the door

Press “B”, the SET light on. Then input personal code (factory setting:1234)  and press “B” again, the SET light off. When the OPEN light on, turn the knob in anti-clockwise to lock the safe.

5)  Opening

Input personal code, (factory setting:1234) press “A”. When the OPEN light on, turn the knob in clockwise to open the safe.

6)  Change master code (For the manager of hotel):

under opening status, input original master code and press “A” , SET light on, you can input a new master code(1-10 digits);  then press “B”; the SET light off, then the OPEN light on that indicates the master code has been changed.

7)  Change personal code:

Under opening status, press “B” and input New 4 digit personal code when close the door, Press “B” again, the SET light off, when the OPEN light on, indicates the personal code has been changed. Turn the Knob in anti-clockwise to lock the safe.

     Note: for hotel use, when guest check in. keep the safe open. Guest put something in safe and to lock the safe with his own New personal code.

8)  Emergency opening:

If forget personal code or other reasons make the safe can’t be opened, you can use emergency key or override master code to open the door. (use the emergency key hole behind the faceplate)

Note: Input master code, (factory setting:159) press “A”. When the OPEN light on, turn the knob in clockwise to open the safe.
